Owensboro High School will invite fans to celebrate the 5A state champion Red Devils football team as they receive their championship rings. In December, Owensboro claimed its first football state title in 39 years, defeating Pulaski County 35-7. The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Rash Stadium. This historic achievement marks a milestone for the program, ending nearly four decades without a state championship.
